    Topping:
    1/3 C. Bisquick
    1/3 C. packed brown sugar
    1/2 t. ground cinnamon
    2 T. butter

    Cake:
    2 C. Bisquick
    2/3 C. milk
    2 T. sugar
    1 egg

    Recipe





    Heat oven to 375.
    Grease 9" round pan.
    Mix streusel topping ingredients until crumbly; set aside. Stir coffee cake ingredients until blended.
    Spread in pan, sprinkle with topping. Bake 18-22 minutes or until golden brown.
