You can make it ahead and cut into squares Freeze in zip
lock bag, then zap in microwave to heat when you want to use it.



List of Ingredients




8 slices bread, cubed
2 1/2 C WholeMilk
2 C sharp cheese, grated
1 Can Mushroom Soup
1# Sausage )I use Jimmy Dean Lite)
1/2 C Milk
4 Eggs


Recipe



Use a greased 9 x 13 pan. Place bread first in bottom of pan.
Add grated cheese next.
Now a layer of cooked and drained sausage.
Beat eggs, milk and salt & pepper to taste (I use only a little salt)
and pour over the mixture.
Refrigerate over night.
Mix soup with 1/2 C Milk and pour over casserole just before
putting in the over.
Bake 45 min at 350.
Serves 12 Enjoy
