1box yellow :cake mix (favorite brand)
1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple
2 cups cold milk
1 box (1 4 oz.) instant vanilla pudding mix
1 block (8 oz.).cream cheese, softened
1 tub (12 oz.) Cool Whip®
optional: chopped pecans, coconnut.


Recipe




Prepare and bake cake mix according to pkg. directions for a 9x13" pan. . When done, pierce cake with fork. Pour pineapple with juice over cake. Combine milk and pudding mix m in bowl. After beating well, blend in cream cheese. Spread over pineapple. Top with Cool Whip. Can garnish with chopped pecans and/or coconut. Makes 12 servings.
