    Apple Bundt Cake

    From Treva in the beautiful Mountains of NC

    List of Ingredients

    l cup veg. oil
    l & l/2 cup. sugar
    3 cups chopped apples
    3 eggs
    l tsp. baking soda
    l & l/2 tsp. cinnamon
    l tsp. vanilla
    l/2 tsp. salt
    3 cups flour
    l cup chopped nuts


    Recipe

    Combine all ingredients well (batter will be very stiff).
    Grease and flour a bundt pan or l0 inch tube pan and bake at
    350 for l hour. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Store tightly
    wrapped. This cake is the moistest by the next day.
