Apple Pie Cake

List of Ingredients



• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  
• 1 Tablespoon sugar
  
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  
• 1 cup flour
  
• 1 cup sugar, minus 2 Tablespoon
  
• 1 egg
  
• 1 cup chopped pecans
  
• 3/4 cup butter or margarine
  
• 6 to 8 Apples , peeled and sliced
  






Instructions



1. Place apples in a 9" round cake pan.
   
   
2. Mix together cinnamon, sugar, and lemon juice.
   
   
3. In a saucepan, melt butter
   
   
4. Remove from heat and add flour, sugar, egg and pecans
   
   
5. pour mixture evenly over apples
   
   
6. Bake 350 for 45 to 55 minutes
   
   
7. Let cool slightly
