thought you might enjoy this one which I've made for years....recipe goes back over 40 years!

List of Ingredients

Crust: 1-1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/8 cup sugar and cinnamon
6 Tablespoon melted butter

Filling:
1# cream cheese
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup sugar




Recipe



Beat till blended. Pour into crust and bake 375 for 20-25 minutes.

Use blueberry pie filling for topping.

This recipe is absolutely deeeelicious! What I love about it is the cream cheese filling is not mixed with whipped cream or any other stuff!!!! Oh yes, you use an 8" square pan....don't have to put the crust up on the sides.
