Blueberry Streusel Coffee Cake

Cake:
2 cups all purpose flour
3/4 cup sugar
2 Tbsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 large egg
1/2 cup nonfat milk
1/4 cup nonfat sour cream
1/4 cup softened margarine
1 cup fresh blueberries
Streusel Topping:
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup flour
2 Tbsp. cold margarine
2 Tbsp. crushed granola
Recipe
Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray a 9" square baking dish with cooking oil.
In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Add egg, milk, sour cream
and margarine. Beat well. Fold in blueberries. Spread batter into prepared pan.
In a small bowl, combine sugar and flour and cut in margarine until crumbly. Stir in crushed granola.
Sprinkle over batter. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
