Boxed-Cake Caramel Apple Mix

1 box yellow cake mix, prepared as below.
1 box (3.4 oz.) white chocolate instant pudding
1 cup water
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1/3 cup applesauce, or oil
3 apples, peeled, chopped small
1/2 cup caramel ice cream topping
Recipe
Heat oven to 350ºF (175ºC). In a large bowl, combine dry cake mix and dry pudding mix. Add water, beaten eggs, applesauce; beat with electric hand mixer until well combined, about 2 minutes. Gently stir in chopped apples. Pour into a bundt pan sprayed with nonstick spray. Bake 55 - 60 minutes. Remove from oven, cool completely, invert onto a cake plate. Drizzle with caramel ice cream.
