1 cup butter softened
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 t. vanilla
1/2 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cups sweetened dried cranberrys
2 1/2 cups flour
1/2 t. bakin power


Recipe


Perheat Oven to 350 Lightly grease a 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 in. loaf pan. using an elet. mixer,beat butter & sugar togather in a med. size bowl,until light & fluffy.Add the next 3 things mixin thoroughly.Mix in the dried cranberrys. Combine flour,& bakin power in a separate bowl.gradually add to the cranberry mixture,mixin well.Pour into the loft pan.Bake for 1 hr. & 15 min. or til tooth pick comes out clean.Remove from pan: let cool.Makes 1 loaf
