Easy Banana Cake

1 1/2 C. flour
2/3 C. sugar
1/4 C. cornstarch
1 t. baking soda
1/2 t. salt
1 C. mashed ripe bananas
1/3 . oil
1 egg, beaten
1 T. vinegar
1 t. vanilla
Lemon Frosting
1/3 C. butter softened
1 1/2 C. confectioner's sugar
1 T. lemon juice
Recipe
In 8 or 9" square pan with fork mix well flour, sugar, cornstarch, baking soda and salt. Add remaining ingredients except frosting. With fork mix until thoroughly blended. Bake in preheated 350 oven 30-35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean and cake pulls away from the sides of the pan. Cool in pan on rack. Spread with frosting.
Frosting:
With fork mix butter and sugar until thoroughly blended. Add lemon juice; beat until smooth and of spreading consistency.
