Mary's PUMPKIN CAKE

1½ cups oil
2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
2 tsps baking soda
1 tsp allspice
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 cups pumpkin
4 eggs—one at a time
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 C nuts
1 C raisins
1 small can crushed pineapple—drained
Bake at 325 degrees—1 hour 15 minutes in a tube pan
Icing:
1 box powdered sugar
1 stick margarine
1—8 oz cream cheese
½ cup nuts
1 tsp. Vanilla
½ tsp salt
Recipe
Mix together:
1½ cups oil

Sift together:
2 cups flour

1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
Mix dry ingredients with:
2 cups pumpkin
4 eggs—one at a time

Icing:
Mix sugar, butter, salt and cream cheese until well blended. Add nuts and vanilla - Spread on cooled cake
