2 cups sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
4 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
1 cup oil
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cups flour
2 cups pumpkin (1 lb. Can)


Frosting:

3 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. butter
2 cups confectioners sugar



Recipe



Cream sugar, eggs, and oil until all traces of oil are gone. Add dry ingredients. Mix. Add pumpkin and mix. Pour into a greased and floured bundt pan and bake at 350 F. for 1 hour, or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.

Frosting:

3 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. butter
2 cups confectioners sugar
