    Pumpkin Pound Cake with cheese icing

    List of Ingredients

    2 cups each plain flour, sugar
    2 tsp.soda
    4 eggs
    1 tbsp. cinnamon
    1 cup oil
    1/4 tsp.salt
    2 cups pumpkin (1 16-oz can)
    Cream Cheese Icing
    1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 box confectioners' sugar
    1 stick butter or margarine




    Recipe


    Cake: Mix ingredients well. Grease a tube or Bundt pan and bake at 350º F. (175º C) 1 hour 15 minutes. Cool completely and frost.

    Icing: Let cheese and butter soften and mix with sugar and vanilla and spread on cake.
    Makes 8 servings.
