1/4 cup butter
8 pieces chicken
1/4 cup flour
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup cheddar cheese
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1 cup mushrooms
1/4 cup sour cream



Recipe



Preheat oven to 425. Melt butter in pan. Coat chicken with flour and place skin side down over butter in pan. Bake, uncovered for 30 minutes. Turn pieces; bake 12-15 minutes longer or until well browned. Remove and reduce heat to 325. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Cover pan with foil and bake 20 minutes longer or until sauce is bubbly.
