List of Ingredients
3 chicken breasts, skinned and boned
4 oz. Swiss cheese, grated
2 cups dry bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. dried sage
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 can cream of chicken soup
14 oz. can cranberry sauce
Recipe
Grease 9 x 13 pan. Cut chicken into quarters. Layer in bottom of pan. Sprinkle grated cheese over chicken. Layer bread crumbs over cheese. Sprinkle on seasonings. Layer with chicken soup, then cranberry sauce. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
