Chicken Casserole

List of Ingredients
4 or 5 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cooked
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 medium onion, chopped
Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 can chicken broth (or just enough to make it more moist)
Recipe
Put a layer of the stuffing mix in the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Then shred the chicken to cover the stuffing. Mix the soups in a bowl and spread over the chicken. Put the onion, and cheese over the soups. Pour in some of the chicken broth using as much as you want. Top with another layer of stuffing. Bake in a 400 deg oven until hot and bubbly and the cheese is melted. This will take about 20 to 25 minutes. Serve hot.
