    1/2 Cup Butter
    1 Cup sour cream
    1 Egg
    1 Can whole kernel corn, drained
    1 Can cream style corn
    1 box jiffy corn muffin mix

    Recipe





    Mix first three ingredients, and stir in corn. stir in muffin mix. Put into a greased casserole dish or cast iron skillet and bake at 375 for about 1 hour.
