    Pork Tenderloin
    1 Can golden Mushroom soup
    1/2 cup Orange Juice
    2 teaspoon mustard
    Fresh Mushrooms (optional)
    Onion

    Recipe



    Cut pork tenderloin into medallion pieces.
    Brown meat (season with garlic powder, seasoning salt and pepper)
    Cut onions into rings and saute after meat is brown.
    Remove meat and onion from skillet, place in casserole dish.
    In sauce pan add soup, ornge juice and mustard. Mix well.
    Pour mixture over pork.
    Top with fresh mushrooms, parsley.
    Cover tightly with foil.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
