    1 lb. ground beef
    3 cups egg noodles, fine or medium
    8 oz. cottage cheese
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 cup sour cream
    1/2 cup minced scallions
    2 tbsp. minced green pepper
    2 cans (8 oz. each) tomato sauce


    Recipe




    Brown beef in skillet.
    Cook noodles according to pkg. directions.
    Cream together cheeses and sour cream. Mix in the remaining ingredients.
    Pour into a 2 qt. casserole dish.
    Bake at 375º F. for 45 minutes.
    Makes 4-6 servings.
