2. WASHED,TRIMMED THE ZUCCHINI
3. CUT ZUCCHINI INTO CUBS
4. PLACE IN SAUCEPAN
5. ADD WATER TO COVER
6. BRING TO A BOIL
7. REDUCE HEAT AND SIMMER 10 MINUTES
8. UNTIL ZUCCHINI IS FORK TENDER
9. DRAIN AND COOL SLIGHTLY
10. ROUGHLY MASH ZUCCHINI
11. ADD REMAINING INGREDIENTS
12. MIX TO COMBINE
13. SPOON INTO 9 X 12 BAKING DISH
14. BAKE IN MIDDLE OF OVEN
15. 30- 45 MINUTIES...UNTIL FRIM
