    1 Keebler® ready-made pie shell
    1 tub (8 oz.) Cool Whip®
    1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1/3 cup sugar
    2t vanilla wafers
    1 cup sour cream
    optional: 1 cup chocolate chips, for a chocolate chip cheese cake.

    Beat cream cheese, to soften it. Then add sugar and beat until smooth. Add vanilla and sour cream, and mix until smooth. Finally, fold in Cool Whip. Don't beat it, or topping will lose its volume; just mix it in slowly and gently with a rubber scraper, big wooden spoon or spatula. Pour into a Keebler ready made crust. Don't freeze the pie; just put it in refrigerator about 4 hours. As an added bonus, you can top entire pie with more Cool Whip Before serving. Makes 6-8 servings.
