List of Ingredients




1 cup butter or margarine
2 cups each sugar, flour
2 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1/2 tsp. each vanilla, salt
1 tsp. baking powder

Filling:
1 cup pecans
2 - 3 tsp. cinnamon
3 tbsp. sugar




Recipe




Heat oven to 350º F. (175º C).
Beat butter and sugar until creamy. Add eggs and beat
1 minute. Gradually add dry ingredients while beating. Fold in sour cream and beat until well mixed.
Butter a Bundt pan and pour 1/3 of mixture in bottom of pan. Add suger, nut filling, then another 1/3 portion of mixture. Layer again with sugar filling, then cover with remainder of mixture. Bake for 50-60 minutes.
