    List of Ingredients




    2 cups flour
    2 teaspoons baking powder
    3/4 cup milk
    1 1/2 cup sugar
    2 eggs
    1/4 pound butter (1/2 cup)
    Apricot pastry filling
    Mix sugar, flour, butter and baking powder together (crumble it). Take out 1 1/4 cup of crumbs, set aside.

    Beat eggs and milk with fork and add to mixture. Mix well.
    Pour mixture in greased and floured 13 x 9 pan. Spoon 1 teaspoon apricot filling into the center of what will be each piece of cake. Sprinkle with the reserved crumb mixture. Bake at 350 for 25 to 35 minutes.
