Recipe Introduction

This has all ways come out real good for me. Katherine does not use the raisins or nuts. But very good with them.

List of Ingredients

1 1/2 cups flour
3/4 cups granulated sugar
2 teaspon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup cooking oil
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 Tablespoon flour
1 Tablespoon butter or margarine
1 teaspoon cinnamon


Recipe

Stir together the first 4 ingredients.
Combine egg, milk, oil, add to flour mixture. Mix well.
If you like stir in 1/2 cup raisins.
Turn into a greased 9x9x2 inch baking pan.
Combine nuts it you want about 1/2 cup.
Brown sugar, 1 Tablespoon flour, butter or Margarine, cinnamon.
Sprinkle over batter.
Bake 375 degree for aboout 25 minutes

Icing for the top.
1 cup sifted powder sugar
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
enough milk to make it drizzle.
