List of Ingredients




1 1/2 cup flour
1/2 t. baking powder
1/2 t. baking soda
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup sugar
1/2 t. salt
1 cup water
1 t. vanilla extract
6 T. oil
Filling:
4 oz. cream cheese softened
2 T. beaten egg
6 T. sugar
1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips



Recipe



In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa, sugar and salt. In another bowl, comnbine water, vanilla and oil. Pour liquid ingredients into dry ingredients, stir well. Line muffin pans with cupcake liners. Spoon 2 tablespoons batter into each cup. Combine the cream cheese, egg, sugar and chocolate chips. Spoon 1 tablespoon filling in center of each cup. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes until toothpick comes out clean from the batter portion of the cake. Remove cupcakes from pan. Cool on rack immediately.
