    List of Ingredients





    1/2 C Butter
    2/3 C Sugar
    1 Egg Seperated
    2 T Milk
    1 t vanilla
    1 C Flour
    1/3 C Hershey's Cocoa
    1/4 t Salt
    1 C Finely Chopped Pecans

    Filling
    12-14 Kraft Caramels
    3 T Heavy Whipping Cream
    1/2 C Semi-Sweet Chips

    Recipe




    Cream butter and sugar. Beat in egg yolk, milk and vanilla. Combine Flour, cocoa and salt. Add to cream mixture and refrigerate at least an hour.
    Roll into 1 inch balls......dip into beaten egg white and roll in pecans.
    Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Using the handle of a wooden spoon make a 1/2 inch indentation in center.......I kind of rolled the spoon end around to make the hole bigger.
    Bake 350 10-12 Minutes...........Cool on rack

    Melt caramels and cream over low heat until smooth. Put 1/2 teaspoon full into center of each cookie
    In microwave or over low heat melt choc chips and drizzle over the cookie
