    2/3 cup packed brown sugar
    1/4 cup margarine or butter -- softened
    1 Egg
    1 1/3 cups Bisquick baking mix
    1/4 cup all-purpose flour
    16 ounces semisweet chocolate chips

    Recipe




    Heat oven to 375 degrees.

    Mix brown sugar, margarine and egg in large bowl.

    Mix in baking mix and flour until smooth; stir in chocolate chips.

    Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls about 2" apart onto greased cookie sheep.

    Bake until almost no impression remains when touched lightly, 8 to 10 minutes.

    Immediately remove cookies to wire rack.

    Makes about 2 dozen cookies.
