    Recipe Introduction

    Fudge Brownies Preparation:
First butter a 9 by 9 inch glass, or metal pan REAL GOOD!

Preheat oven to 330 degrees, (DO IT NOW so your oven will be ready when you are.)

An’ make sure your oven racks are IN THE MIDDLE, (Why? Because Fudge Brownies aren't too good when they turn out doughy on top, an’ burnt on the bottom, that’s why.)

    List of Ingredients

    1/2 cup butter or margarine
(Use butter, it tastes much better, you don't always need to worry about counting calories.)
4 ounces unsweetened chocolate or (even better) 4 ounces of unsweetened DARK chocolate
    2 cups granulated sugar
    1 -1/2 tsp. vanilla
    4 eggs
    1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 to 1 cup coarsely chopped walnuts or other nuts

    Recipe

Find a 3 quart pan, melt butter and chocolate over low heat, stirring until well blended. Remove from heat and stir in sugar and vanilla. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in flour; then mix in walnuts.

Spread fudge batter evenly in a greased 9 inch square baking pan. Bake fudge brownies in a 330 degrees oven for about 37 minutes or until brownie feels dry on top. Let brownies cool in pan on a rack, then cut fudge brownies into 2 inch squares. If you ever are lucky enough to have left overs, store brownies in airtight containers.

This Fudge Brownies Recipe, makes about 15 good size treats.
