8 oz. semisweet chocolate chips
3/4 C. sugar
1/2 C. butter or margarine
1 t. vanilla extract
1 t. instant coffee
1/4 C. all purpose flour
2 eggs
1 C. coarsely broken walnuts
Recipe
In a heavy saucepan place the chocolate, butter and coffee. Melt over low heat, stirring until smooth. Cool slightly for 5-10 minutes. Beat eggs until light and frothy. Slowly add sugar. Beat the mixture a few minutes until very creamy. Slowly drizzle in the melted chocolate mixture, beating at a low speed. Add the vanilla. Stir in the flour and walnuts, but do not beat. Pour mixture into a foil lined 8x8" baking pan. (Extend foil over the edges). Bake at 375 for 25 minutes. Cool on a rack before removing from the pan. Cut into squares.
