Lemon Blondies with Melted White Chocola

1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 cup (2 sticks) butter or margarine, softened
4 eggs
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1 tsp. grated lemon zest
1 cup white chocolate morsels
Recipe
Heat the oven for 350º F. (175º C).
Grease a 13x9" pan.
Stir flour, granulated sugar and salt in a bowl. Add butter, eggs, lemon juice and lemon zest. Using a hand-held electric mixer, beat until well blended. Pour batter into pan and bake 30 minutes or until light golden brown and set. Remove from oven, allow for brownies to cool.
Using double boiler method, slowly melt chocolate until totally melted. Spread white chocolate onto brownies. Let brownies set about 30 more minutes, then serve.
