1 cup Bisquick® baking mix
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
2 medium apples, pared, cored

Beat baking mix, milk and egg with rotary beater until smooth. Grease griddle. Cut apples crosswise into 1/8" slices. Dip slices into batter. Cook on hot griddle until golden brown, turning once. Serve hot -- if you wish -- with syrup, jelly and/or confectioners' sugar.
