    1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant pudding
    3/4 c. rice, not instant
    1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained

    Recipe




    Prepare pudding as directed on package. Prepare rice as directed on package. Add cooked rice to pudding and add drained pineapple last. Tastes better when served cold.

    I used different flavors of pudding but prefer banana or butterscotch pudding or vanilla. Serves 6.

    Tastes good topped with Cool Whip or whipped cream.
