List of Ingredients
First layer:
1 cup of chopped pecans
1 cup of plain flour
1/2 cup of butter, melted
Mix above ingredients together and spread in 13 x 9 pan.
Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes. Allow to cool completely.
Second layer:
8 oz. of cream cheese, softened
8 oz. of Cool Whip or other whipped topping
1 cup of powdered sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
Mix and spread over cooled crust.
Third layer:
3 cups of sliced peaches
2 1/2 tablespoons of cornstarch
1 cup of sugar
1 teaspoon of almond flavoring
Recipe
Combine the peaches, cornstarch and sugar. Cook over medium
heat for about 5 minutes or until thick. Remove from heat
and add the almond flavoring. Cool completely and spread
over second layer. Top dessert with whipped topping when
ready to serve.
