4 eggs slightly beaten
1/2 cup sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
3 cups scalded milk
1 1/2 cups cooked rice
1 teaspoon vanilla
Recipe
Combine eggs, sugar , salt. milk, and vanilla in bowl. mix well. Pour into a buttered baking dish. Sprinkle with nutmeg if desired.
Place pan in hot water.
Bake at 3:25 for 1 - 1/2 hour until knife comes out clean.
