CHOCOLATE PEANUT PUFFED RICE BARS

- 1/4 cup light corn syrup
- 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons mini-chocolate chips
- 2 cups puffed rice cereal
Recipe
Spray an 8x8-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
In a medium saucepan, combine the corn syrup, peanut butter, and chocolate chips. Cook on low heat until the peanut butter and chocolate chips are melted, 3 minutes. Remove from the heat and stir in the puffed rice until well incorporated. Spread in the prepared pan and cool for 10 minutes before cutting.
Yield: 9 servings
