List of Ingredients




1 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped dates
1 c. water
2 eggs
1/2 c. oleo
3 tsp. liquid sweetener or 6 packets of Sweet and Lo to equal 1/2 c.
of sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda



Recipe




Boil raisins, dates and water 3 mins., stirring constantly.
Cool.

Beat eggs, oleo, sweetener and vanilla, and set aside.

Combine dry ingredients, and add to mixture alternately with date
mixture. Beat well. Chill overnight.

Drop by tsp. onto greased baking sheet pan.

Bake at 350 for 10 mins.

Makes 4 1/2 doz.
