1 qt. Low fat milk (2% milk fat)
1 c. rice (uncooked)
1 t. vanilla extract
2 T. granulated sugar replacement
2 T. margarine
½ t. cinnamon
¼ t. nutmeg
Recipe
Combine all ingredients in well greased baking dish. Bake at 325 degrees for two hours or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Stir occasionally for the first hour.
