    one 8-oz. container nonfat plain yogurt,
    1/4 cup mango chutney,,
    1/2 tsp. curry powder, and
    1/4 tsp. salt.

    Recipe






    About 5 minutes before serving, in small bowl, mix one 8-oz. container nonfat plain yogurt, 1/4 cup mango chutney, with large pieces chopped, 1/2 tsp. curry powder, and 1/4 tsp. salt. Makes about 1-1/4 cups.
