1 stick (1/4 lb.) butter or margarine, softened
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 cup clams, drained, minced
Recipe
Combine and mix butter and cream cheese in saucepan. Heat and stir until melted and smoothe. Stir drained clams into mixture. Serve hot, with wedges of toasted pita bread or crackers.
Note: Can add a tiny amount of clam juice to make mixture more spreadable.
