1 lb. ground beef
1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed tomato soup
1 cup salsa
1/2 cup milk
6 (6 - 8") flour or 8 corn tortillas, cut into 1" pieces
1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded, divided
Recipe
Heat oven to 400°F (200ºC). Coat a 2-qt. baking dish with cooking spray. In a large skillet, brown ground beef over medium-high heat, stirring until crumbled; drain. Stir in soup, salsa, milk, tortillas and 1/2 cup cheese; spoon into baking dish. Cover and bake 30 minutes, or until hot. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup cheese and serve. Makes 6-8 tacos.
