    List of Ingredients




    P&J Oysters, Drained
    1 Cup Flour
    2 Tsp. Seafood magic
    Real Mayonaise
    12 Slices Bacon
    1 egg. Beaten
    Creole Mustard
    Sour Cream





    Recipe



    Broil Bacon until partially cooked ( Bacon has to wrap around
    Oyster so Do Not Over Cook) Wrap Oysters with Bacon and skewer
    with Tooth Pick. Dip in egg Wash, Then Dip in Flour. Dip once again
    in egg wash. Dip second time in flour. Season with seafood Magic.
    Fry until Crisp (Golden Brown)
    Mustard Sauce
    Mix equal parts of mayonaise, creole Mustard and sour cream.
