    Crab Cakes and Dijon Dressing

    List of Ingredients




    3/4 cup soft breadcrumbs ( I never use this much, about 1/2 cup is more than enough)
    1 egg, lightly beaten
    2 Tbs. Mayonnaise
    1 Tbs. chopped parsley
    1/2 tsp. Coleman's prepared dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. celery salt
    1/4 tsp ground pepper
    1/8 tsp. salt
    Cayenne pepper or hot paprika to taste
    2cans of lump crabmeat, drained and flaked
    (can add a third can if increased)



    Recipe





    Combine ingredients and shape into patties. (I use the size of a med. meatball and flatten to about 1/2 inch.)
    Cover with plastic wrap or wax paper and chill 1+ hour.
    Cook patties in oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat 3 min. on each side or until golden. Drain on paper towel. SERVE hot or cold

    Dijon dressing
    1 cup mayonnaise
    1/4 cup Dijon mustard
    1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    I also add a little chopped green onions.
    Combine all ingredients, cover and chill. yields 1 1/4 cups
