Oysters and Spaghetti (Italian)

List of Ingredients




2 pints of P & J Oysters
2 Tablespoons Fat
1 Onion chopped fine
1 small can tomatoes
1 teaspoon sugar
Salt, Pepper and minced Parsley
1/4 lb. boiled spaghetti



Recipe



Heat Fat, add flour. Add Onion and fry until tender.
Add tomatoes, sugar, salt and
pepper and cook slowly for 20 minutes.
Add Oysters and Parsey and cook for 10 minutes longer
Add Spaghetti and serve hot.
