    1 lb. halibut fillets, cut into cubes
    2 slices bacon
    1/2 cup onion, chopped
    2 cups each water, milk
    1 cup potatoes diced
    1 tsp. salt
    dash pepper

    Recipe




    Fry bacon crisp add onion and cook until tender. Add water and potatoes; cook over low heat 10 minutes, until potatoes are semi tender. Add halibut and simmer until tender. Add milk and seasonings. Heat. Makes 4 servings.
