MOTHER'S TOMATO GRAVY

List of Ingredients

1 large can tomato Paste #10
add 3 cans of water
4 large onions- 3 inches dia. She chopped them finely
10 Bay Leafs
1 Tablespoon paprika
1 Tablespoon Oregano
1 Tablespoon basil
1 teaspoon crush red Pepper
4 Tablespoon Salt
2 Cups of sugar
6 toes of garlic, chopped up
and fry with onion in 1/4 to 1/3 cup Olive Oil

can...
1. Heat glass jars in oven upside down on cookie sheet
2. Heat sauce
3. Heat jar lids in water in sauce pan.
4. Fill jars within 1.8 inch of top.
Make sure the jar top is clean.
5. seal. Should make around 12 quarts.
