    The flavors of tarragon and mustard go well with beef.

    List of Ingredients




    2 Strip steaks (8-oz each)
    4 Tablespoons Butter, softened
    2 teaspoons Tarragon
    1 teaspoon Dijon-style mustard, prepared

    Recipe



    Blend the softened butter, tarragon and mustard. Place on
    plastic wrap or parchment. Roll into a cylinder about ¾
    inch in diameter. Refrigerate until needed. Grill the
    steaks to the desired temperature. Cut the butter into
    ¼-inch slices. Place on the warm steak and serve
    immediately.
    Serves 2
