Banana Crumb Muffins

List of Ingredients
1½ cups all purpose flour
3 large ripe bananas, mashed
1 tsp baking soda
¾ cup sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 egg, slightly beaten
½ tsp salt
1/3 Cups butter or margarine melted
Topping:
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1 Tbsp flour
1/8 tsp cinnamon.
Recipe
Preheat oven to 375. In large bowl combine the first 4 dry ingredients. In a separate bowl mix the rest of the ingredients. Stir banana mixture into dry ingredients until just moistened. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full.
Topping:
Combine the three ingredients above. Cut in 1 Tbsp butter or margarine until crumbly. Sprinkle over muffins. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes. Cool in pan for 10 minutes.
