2 cups flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. each ginger, salt
1/2 cup each molasses, milk
2/3 cup grated cheese
1 egg
1/4 cup salad oil

Recipe
Heat oven to 350ºF (175ºC). Combine all ingredients except ginger and sugar.; Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full; sprinkle tops with ginger and sugar. Bake 20 minutes. Makes 12 muffins.
