    2 cups flour
    1/4 cup sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tbsp. baking powder
    1 cup milk
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 cup vegetable oil
    favorite jely

    Recipe




    Preheat oven to 350*. Grease 12-cup muffin pan. (or use paper liners) In a mixing bowl, mix the dry ingredients. In another bowl, mix the liquid ingredients. Mix the liquid and dry ingredients together. Fill each muffin cup 1/3 full. Add 1 teaspoon of jam to each muffin cup. Then finish filling cups to 2/3 full. Bake 30 minutes or until golden brown.
