    SUBSTITUTE 1 CUP OF WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR FOR 1 CUP SELF-RISING FLOUR.
    SUBSTITUTE PACKED BROWN SUGAR FOR THE SUGAR IF DESIRED.
    1 TEASPOON BAKING POWDER
    1 TEASPOON BAKEN SODA
    1/2 TEASPOON SALT TO THE WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR.
